Given the scale and complexity of its operations—spanning numerous subsidiaries and joint ventures-the group required an experienced VAT partner to conduct a comprehensive review of historical VAT processing across 15 legal entities.
Using proprietary analytics methodologies, we identified various anomalies and inefficiencies in VAT processing.
